When someone shares access with you, you automatically receive a smartphone notification.

If, despite the notification, the access isn't showing on your app, there are several solutions.

Refresh the homepage

First, try to refresh the homepage by swiping downwards. Your new access should appear in your bunch.

Log out then log in

If the access still hasn't appeared, try logging out and logging into the app again. To do this, go to the account menu and scroll to the very bottom where it says "log out". Then, simply log in again with your email address and password. The app will update itself and show your current access rights.

Update the app

Keeping BrightLock app up to date limits bugs and issues. To check you have the latest version, go to the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).

  • Once in the store, enter "BrightLock" in the search bar.
  • Select BrightLock app
  • If there is an "Update" option, press it. If it just says "Installed", your app is already up to date!

In the account menu, go to the "Get help" section, then select "Ask us a question" where you will find our Intercom instant messenger.

  • From the Help Center

The black chat bubble in the bottom right puts you in contact with the Havr help team via Intercom.

  • By email

Simply reply to any email sent by Havr to automatically be put in contact with our team.
